Jordan Bennett

Jordan Bennett is an Associate Attorney with Cochran, Davis & Associates, P.C., where his practice focuses on insurance defense, construction defect, professional liability and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining Cochran, Davis & Associates, P.C., Jordan defended clients in professional liability matters and litigated real estate and business disputes. That background has given him a practical sense of how a case is built and where it is vulnerable. He is a tenacious advocate for his clients and prepares each matter thoroughly, pressing his clients’ positions with conviction, and holding firm where the facts and the law support doing so.

His construction defect and insurance defense work regularly places him in complex, multi-party litigation involving owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and carriers — matters that demand close attention to detail and steady coordination among many interested parties.

Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Restorative Justice from Fresno Pacific University. He is admitted to the California Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He is an active member of the Fresno County Bar Association.

Outside the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and their three young children. He coaches youth soccer and baseball, and travels frequently supporting his daughters’ competitive dance teams.
