Victoria Danna is skilled civil litigator with a diverse practice who has represented Fortune 500 companies in federal and state courts. She is experienced in the entire life cycle of a case, from the initial filing through discovery and deposition phase, preparing dispositive motions, and trial strategy. Before joining Cochran, Davis & Associates, Victoria worked as an attorney for a boutique trial firm specializing in automotive product liability cases in Los Angeles.
Victoria attended Whittier Law School on a National Merit Scholarship. During law school, Victoria devoted her time to the Orange County Public Defender’s Office focusing on capital case work and juvenile proceedings. She also assisted low income families with the “New Leaf Program,” a program designed to assist in expunging low level offenses.
Before law school, Victoria attended the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor where she received her bachelor’s in Art History with an emphasis in 17th Century Dutch and Flemish art and was an honor student. During her time at the University of Michigan, Victoria volunteered at FCI Milan Prison and helped design a curriculum for inmates in effort to reduce recidivism. Following graduation, Victoria worked for an Art Auction House in Chicago, Illinois.
Aside from practicing law, Victoria enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time with her family.
